Personal guidance

«What’s the bravest thing you ever said?” asked the boy.
«Help» said the horse.
-From the book The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse by Charlie Mackesy-
Any situation that causes us discomfort, if it persists over time, can disrupt our balance and lead to mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, depressive states, and other disorders.
My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I aim to create a safe, trusting, and respectful space where you can feel heard and understood. My methodology combines techniques from Emotional Education, Adlerian-Humanistic Psychology, and Nonviolent Communication, always with an empathetic and non-judgmental perspective.
If you’re interested in learning more about how I work, I’d be happy to explain it to you personally!
What to expect
Through counseling, I help you discover more about yourself, recognize and regulate your emotions, transform limiting beliefs, and develop skills to live a fuller, happier life.
You’ll learn to distinguish what is within your control from what you cannot change; together, we’ll explore tools that allow you to live with balance and well-being, discovering within yourself that you are whole, worthy, and loved
