About me
Career – Family – Values

«»The meaning of life is to find your gift;
the purpose is to share it with others.»
.»
Hardworking, sensitive, and open, when the time came to choose, I knew clearly that I wanted to study Psychology—a profession that allows me to put both heart and mind at the service of others. This starting point opened up a world of possibilities for me, always with people at the center.
Personal and Professional Growth
My professional journey began in the field of organizations and evolved in parallel with my personal growth—through self-discovery, leadership, volunteering, motherhood, and other life experiences. After going through a deeply painful experience, I realized that blocking any emotion also limits our ability to enjoy life. From that moment on, I immersed myself in Emotional Education.
A Purposeful Project
Intending to promote wellbeing and mental health prevention, I deepened my knowledge in developing emotional skills applied to leadership and conscious parenting. Emotional Education, Nonviolent Communication, and Positive Discipline truly resonated with me. Seeing the need for more resources in this area, I decided to contribute through my own project and by working collaboratively with others.
And here I am, working to promote emotional wellbeing and ready to walk alongside you.

My family
Mine is a unique family —like all families—, original and diverse. I’ve been sharing life and parenting with Santi for over thirty years. At the age of 28 we had our first daughter, Lluna (2003); seven years later came Salma (2009), and finally, another seven years after that, little Ignasi (2017).
At home, we’ve had “little ones,” under the age of 7, for 21 consecutive years, and we’ve calculated that we’ll also have teenagers at home for another 21 years! All of it is an endless source of love, energy, and constant learning.
This life project is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy and grow as individuals, as a couple, and, in my case, also professionally.
The values that guide me
Connection and authenticity: I strive to connect with people sincerely and authentically, recognizing their essence and worth. From this connection, I can adapt the type of intervention that best suits your needs, as I am flexible, creative, and have multiple resources at my disposal.
Gratitude: I feel deeply honored by the trust placed in me. I appreciate the opportunity you give me to put my knowledge and experience at your service.
Rigor and practicality: I base my interventions on academically consolidated theoretical models and neuroscience. I want to offer you practical tools at every moment that can help you effectively.
Respect and non-judgment: Every person has their own reality and process that has brought them to where they are today. We all go through vulnerable situations that can open us up to growth, with the right resources at the right time. With me, you will find a safe space, free of judgment, where you can express yourself, be yourself, and transform.
Networking: To create a broader impact, networking is part of my identity. I collaborate with leading organizations such as the Positive Discipline Association and the International Emotional Education Network, as well as with other professionals with whom we mutually enrich each other.
